Meet Natalie:
Natalie wants to live in a world where chocolate is free, kindness is spread like glitter, and Placenta Encapsulation is an option for all.
As a Certified Encapsulation Specialist she has been spotlighted on television, radio, and newspaper.
Originally from New Zealand she spent 10 years frolicking around Europe where she found a Rockstar Chef she quite fancied. She now lives with said rockstar and their two daughters on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
When she is not preparing capsules of magic for new mamas you can find her working on her other love Sunshine Coast Baby or staying up past her bedtime reading and joyfully applying paint to canvas.
The Birth Story of Placenta Vitality:
Natalie's first daughter was born in a pool in their living room in Kensal Rise, London, in 2009.
Her Rockstar Chef, Pete, carefully prepared little bundles of raw placenta for her to take daily.
Natalie is a vegetarian, and these, um, bloody bundles were not very appealing, so she only managed to take it once. Pete, crazy chef that he is, cooked up a slice, and ate some raw and experienced a natural high.
Their second daughter was born in a pool in their living room on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, in 2012. This time Pete prepared, dehydrated and encapsulated the placenta. Natalie took it for weeks, this much more palatable version, and couldn't get over how she felt - energised, happy and the 'day three weepies' never came!
She had such an awesome experience with Placenta the second time round that she decided to train so she could offer this service to other Mamas.

I am fully certified (iPBi) and insured. I follow strict safety and sanitation protocols, and I treat each placenta with love and respect.
As part of my ongoing professional development, and all round placenta geekery in 2016 I re-certified with APPA. My academic background is research, I have a Masters in Psychology, so all things research thrill me.
I am a Board Member of Placenta Services Australia and am passionate about keeping placenta encapsulation safe for Mamas in Australia.
